Mistcutter Hydra, new simic bomb? the only problem is prot from blue
I have no idea what your subject is supposed to mean.
And hydras seem more Gruul ramp than Simic right now, especially seeing as they are opposed to blue on the wheel.

i say simic because the +1/+1 counters chek my deck to refresh ideas, the problem is the protection from blue I cant enchant it or things, but 2 of them will be enough

the savege one can be played whith mana bloom and the new caratid, hasnt got haste but double strike plus protection plus uncounter plus cheaper

The card looks good-ish. But it will be so format dependent. I don't expect it to hit any other format.

Haste isn't exactly a Simic mechanic, but more Aggro. It could fit in a Simic deck.
Mistcutter Hydra reminds me of Gaea's Revenge . Still a decent card, but better in the sideboard alongside Skylasher and River Boa . It seems to fit better with a ramp/midrange strategy though. You'd want it to be big. If it had Trample, it would be very playable.
It may see play outside of Standard, in Modern and EDH likely.
