Ok Ok I know Heir of Falkenrath is not 100% the same power level as Delver of Secrets Flip.
But I wonder this could she be use to make a delver like deck in Standard? With the idea of Madness and Delirium on top of still having Kolaghan's Command hmm?!?!? Makes me wonder :D thoughts?
its definitely not a bad card only time will tell i just feel like its in the wrong colors

Rakdos burn or maybe a Grixis list might work for it but seeing how Kahns is out 3 colors will be harder to pull off. But I see it working as fast burn like deck. Although Mardu might be better then Grixis just need to see more SOI cards to know for sure.

Well, lets compare.
Delver of Secrets Flip - has a chance to not flip, useless when not flipped. Have to build your deck around it.
Heir of falkenrath - 2 mana, card disadvantage yourself to flip her. Worse to topdeck than delver. There is a lot of creature Shocks (ie. Fiery Impulse, Fiery Temper) in the format now that will be played due to Baby Jace.
Overall, the meta is NOT right for this card, unless in a dedicated madness deck that sees 0 support from the other sets in format. So, can a block deck do well in standard? I say nay.

@Boza Discard is a disadvantage at times; true you would need to build the deck right to make it work. Fiery Temper is a start and is being reprinted. Then you also have Incorrigible Youths ( (4/3) with haste and madness normal cost
) Besides we don't know all the cards from SOI yet. I am sure there are ways to make her good.
As for dies to removal come on really you really think that is a valid point to not play a card ?!?!?!?!? If dies to removal was a valid point no reason to play any creature because everything dies to removal.

Please reread what I have said previously.
Because Jace will undoubtedly be the best creature at rotation, removal that kills jace like Fiery Impulse will be present a lot more than any other removal.
Thus, playing creatures that are inherent card disadvantage (unless madness happens) that die to that same type of removal is not a good idea.
To add to the discussion instead of just reitering, the more apt comparison for Heir is Abbot of Keral Keep. Is being a heir better than being an abbot?
No, unless madness has a lot more support in reliable discard outlets (which heir is not, since YODO - you only discard once), viable ways to recur permanents back to hand and viable madness cards, all in one set.
The 3/2 for 2 haste is a bad card to include in the same deck as heir for falkenrath for the same reason as above - it dies to the same Flaying Tendrils and Fiery Impulse that the card enables it does.
Compare that to the OG madness card (a common, nonetheless) Arrogant Wurm. It uses the same mana costs as the 3/2 for 2 with haste, but requires a different answer, making your strategy more difficult to answer.

Ignore the last 2 paragraphs, as the card is 4/3 for 3 with haste. Still not impressed. Back in my day, we had Arrogant Wurms.
As stated you need 3 things for a good madness deck:
reliable discard outlets
viable ways to recur permanents back to hand
viable madness cards
For 1 and 2, you need something like Tortured Existence or maybe Faithless Looting. For 3, I am not impressed with 4/3s for 3 in a format where Fiery Temper exists.
In short, in order to determine how good a card is, you have to look at the available answers to it and compare. It does not extend just to creature vs removal, but also removal vs protection, etc.

You discard something with madness and just play it instead, seems pretty good. It would be pretty sweet with big game hunter, maybe they will even reprint that. I'm going to be running this in my new standard deck either way. I'm sure there will be some good synergy with madness and graveyard returning and other shenanigans.

Boza - i'd argue that a 2/1 for 2 is a much better topdeck than a 1/1 for 1.

Looks like it has potential. I certainly will be trying something with it.
