why isn't the sire of insanity and blood Scrivener interaction not a deck and is rakdos aggro a good deck for a budget deck in standard?

Kind of clanky to base your whole deck on. Even if you get it working, it nets you a one card advantage per turn over your opponent (at the cost of one life per turn), and there are easier and more durable ways to accomplish that than getting out two vulnerable creatures.
Re: Rakdos Aggro - It can very much be an excellent and very competitive budget build. I'm more a fan of Gruul Aggro, though.

okay thank you, which one is more rotation friendly rakdos or gruul?

Also keep in mind that by the time you actually have the 6 mana for the sire... your opponent may have drained their hand already thus losing a lot of the impact from the sire in the first place =/

considering rakdos aggro was viable because of all the cheap innistrad block 2 power dudes, it's probably Gruul.
Sire is strong enough on it's own to not need anything else, if the opponent discards most of their hand it's done it's job.

I can see it being pretty good in a jund midrange, try it out in that shell.

Check out my deck Rakdos Insanity pretty much exactly what you're looking for. It's fun but not terribly competitive.

I will be trying Sire Of Insanity
in the sideboard of my Grixis Control this FNM:
I think I will catch control players by surprise :)

As others have said, Sire Of Insanity with Blood Scrivener is great sideboard tech against control when playing Jund. On its own, it's not enough to warrant building an entire deck around.

probably because the sire costs a bit. As far as I know rakdos aggro isn't too expensive, but from what I hear it doesn't do as well in tournaments at the moment. You could always try building a deck around the combo, you might be able to surprise a few people.
