Is Everyone On Arena Just Missing This Combo?

Recently while I was playing on MTG Arena I came across Grinning Ignus and it seemed that this could be a good combo piece. I was sitting there thinking how I could make this infinite, and I remembered Birgi, God of Storytelling Flip was also in standard. Together these two create infinite ETB and infinite LTB. Now all I had to do was add Terror of the Peaks to win. In historic you have more options like Corpse Knight and Grapeshot that cost much less. I made a deck around this combo here. I have never seen this played in MTG Arena at all. Has everyone missed it because it seems somewhat decent?
I’ve seen it in historic before, but man it was tedious to lose to. Felt like it took the guy 10 mins to get through all the casts, triggers, etc.
Seems like a combo better suited for paper.

Yeah it's just mono-red storm you are describing. It runs Hazoret's Monument to dig for the grapeshot.

The link above is the metagame post to show that yes, a lot of people have put up results in historic with the deck (Historic isn't a paper format so no, people aren't missing the combo on arena). It's not super popular, but it's a deck that is known and played with.

3 card combos usually don't do super well, historically, but it's possible when the pieces impact the board if drawn separately.
