Is their a general card/stratergy for red decks to counter life gain in standard?

Off top of my head Dictate of the Twin Gods os the only thing but its iffy as if you can get a one shot you'll def die next turn

Well, Skullcrack was the best way to deal with it, but now that it's rotated then your best bet would either be to deal enough damage that it doesn't matter, or splash black for Erebos, God of the Dead
