Hello. I am playing in an upcoming tournament, and would like to hear some suggestions on how I could upgrade my deck, Izzet Tempo - Tournament Ready. Does it need black for Duress and Removal, does it have too many draw spells. Please some give advice below!

You're a bit light on threats. Brazen Borrower (expensive, I know) or Magmatic Channeler might be valuable additions.

gatotempo The reason I am running Roil Eruption over Thundering Rebuke is because it can hit players too, but Thundering Rebuke might be an addition to my sideboard.
plakjekaas I think that twelve threats in a spellslinger deck are enough, but in case there aren't, I have some strong sideboard creatures two are good at combating several strategies. However, I do agree with you that Brazen Borrower and Magmatic Channeler are good additions. I am thinking about adding these. My problems with Brazen Borrower I explained on the decklist itself, and Magmatic Channeler is quite a vulnerable creature. Also, Magmatic Channeler can be chump blocked quite easily.
Thank you guys for your suggestions! I am seriously thinking about these.

Should I use the new pathway lands, or are they overrated?

Pathways in this deck are probably as good as pathways will be. Since you don't want to lose tempo, you'll want as little "enter the battlefield tapped" lands as you can, so them coming in untapped, keeping up Shock or Opt from turn 1, depending which you have in hand, is probably worth 4 land slots.
I'd make this mana base with 4x Temple of Epiphany and 4x Clearwater Pathway Flip, and then add basics according to your mana requirements in the deck. No Fabled Passage, no Swiftwater Cliffs, I think even the castles in your colors are too slow for your gameplan. Shatterskull Smashing Flip is probably worth it, but Sea Gate Restoration Flip most definitely is not a spell you're ever going to cast, so it's not worth paying 3 life for the land part if it's basically an island in your deck.

Chances are I will not edit this further until the end of the tournament. Thank you all for your suggestions!

Today was the tournament. I went there with my friends, one playing Naya Zoo, (and went 0-2, 1-2 and 0,2) and the other playing Rakdos Aggro. (Went 0,2, (against me) 2-0 and 0-2.)
First march was against my friend playing Rakdos Aggro. We played a practice match before the tournament, and he won, so I was feeling a little nervous. In game one, he was getting rid of threats, but then ran out of removal, and I overpowered him with some Riddleforms. In game two I sideboarded my anti-aggro cards and anti-artifact cards. (He played many equipments.) I had a turn 5 kill, with Shocks and Roil Eruptions alongside a Sprite Dragon be too much for him.
Round two was against a slower version of Red Deck Wins. In game 1 I couldn’t land a single threat on the field, and Tectonic Giant won him the first game. Game two was a turn 6 kill, with my flying threats making quick work of him. Game three was a longer game, but I outlasted him, with The Royal Scions teaming up with a Stormwing Entity to give me round two.
The last round was for the final prise, a Zendikar Rising booster box. The other player won all their games, and other’s feared his deck. Game one I learned pretty quickly that we was a cycling deck, and lost to a huge fox. When sideboarding, I sideboarded the wrong card, which cost me the second game.
I came so close, and thank you for all your suggestions!

This looks great, however, I would probably switch Roil Eruption out for Thundering Rebuke.
