Jeskai Tempo Problems

So, I am having some problems with my Jeskai deck and I need help to fix them.

Jeskai Tempo

I feel like I could go a lot more Aggro with the deck, but I don't really know how. Is it better to cut a few Nullify, Negate and Gods Willing for two more Seeker of the Way? Cut the Seekers altogether and move Ashcloud Phoenix to the Mainboard? Include Monastery Swiftspear? Have some Disdainful Strokes in the Mainboard? There are just too many things I could do and I have no idea what could work.

I had a game against Mardu Aggro yesterday and just got completely wrecked. Bloodsoaked Champions, Monastery Swiftspear and Mardu Ascendancy were just too much. I seriously have no idea how to handle this.

My deck might give you an idea, i only use Stormbreath Dragon instead of Sarkhan. The swiftspear is quite good together with the burnspells

Deck: Jeskai Stompage

+1 for Stormbreath Dragon over Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker. Mardu and Abzan only have Hero's Downfall and maybe Murderous Cut for dealing with the dragon.

I like to run 3x Anger of the Gods in my sideboard to bring in against aggro decks. I see you have two copies already, but a third wouldn't hurt. More Magma Spray could also be a good idea (instead of Suspension Field).

I haven't had any issue with aggro decks so far. Here's my version if you want to have a look: Jeskai Deck Wins

Maybe drop the shordling outbursts and run swiftspears. It might help with early game agro threats.

I disagree with running swiftspear in this deck. It is a good card, but it is not a Tempo card, it's an aggro card.

If your intent is to get continuing advantage after your initial cost, and/or get 2 (or more) for 1 with most cards, then this Monastery Swiftspear is not the right card. - It is early and aggressive, but does not do what the rest of the deck does.

Look at the other permanents in the deck:
Seeker of the Way - gain life once, and it has a lasting effect after it has been removed.
Ashcloud Phoenix - Returns to the Battlefield after death.
Goblin Rabblemaster - continues to add tokens.
Hordeling Outburst - (Not a permanent, but makes them) 3 creatures for 1 card.
Mantis Rider - Not so much tempo, but the evasion and ability to block after attacking allow for a great board advantage, plus Vigilance works well with Stoke the Flames

I also don't think Stormbreath Dragon is better than Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker for the same reason. - The dragon makes a great sideboard card, and I wouldn't be against running both of these cards main (I personally do). However, Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker has a -3 that is often overlooked.
Being able to play a 'must-answer' PW and take out a threat in the same turn can be devastating. It is a good card when you're ahead or behind. A Stormbreath is aggressive, but when you need to come back from a poorer board state he's not that great.

Your deck is very similar to mine... main board differences: -3 Hordeling Outburst, -2 Ashcloud Phoenix... +2 Stormbreath Dragon, +2 Banishing Light, +1 Chandra, Pyromaster (Chandra is great in tempo... card advantage, evasion, kills weenies, damage... and I LOVE to ultimate into 3x Dig Through Time)

I play a very similar list except i cut all 4 rabblemaster and the outburst for 3 Hushwing Gryff, 2 Banishing Light and the last 2 Dig Through Time. If you dont like the 3-4 digs, you can try Steam Augury, helps with the draws and fuels dig. The gryff mainboard helps a lot versus Abzan and Sidisi whip

Thanks for all the advice. I already made some changes to the deck after posting here due to the comments below the deck. I will test it out to see how it works!

here is my deck Jeskai Prowess, if you are looking for ideas. it consistently gets top 3 or higher at my local FNM, whose meta is a mix of Abzan Mid-range, U/B Whip, or mono green ramp/aggro.
