I can’t remember the name of the site I’m thinking of (if someone knows, please link below), but for those who don’t, there is a free, online, no-download, mobile friendly, optionally anonymous, in-browser chatroom site where you can get judging advice. That’s right. You can have a judge weigh in on any question you or your friends have, right away! There’s always a judge or two on there, and they answer right away! It’s great!

True, but it normally takes 10+ minutes for a response, and, no offense to anyone who answers a rules question, most of them probably aren’t judges. Some of them may have played for awhile, but I know a guy who played mtg for 5 years and didn’t know how wishes interacted with exiled cards...but thought he did and did it wrong for years.
My point is that you get an near-instant response from a professional judge, meaning that you can settle rules arguments in a few minutes, and not lose any friends (probably)

I just google “ask a magic judge” to find the site.
I agree it’s completely invaluable.

Ok I have a question. Im getting back into mtg and was wondering about a ruling. If my opponent has 2 creatures on the battlefield, and i cast a spell to destroy target creature. However my opponent in response bounces the creature i targeted does my spell fizzle or am i able to target the other creature on their side of the field?

The spell will fizzle--targets are "locked in" at the time they are initially declared; if the declared target is no longer legal at the time the spell would resolve, your spell fizzles.

As folks keep posting on this long-dead thread to ask questions, I am going to lock it. Anyone with a question should ask it on the Rules Q&A section of this site: Link.

redfoxfire - Yes, you can use Lithoform Engine to copy the activated ability of Inventors' Fair.

TappedOut’s Rules Q&A section generally serves that function as well.
