Killing Wave vs. Mutilate

I'm currently building a standard budget U/B mill deck, and I've realized that I need a board wipe in my sideboard for aggro decks with lots of creatures. I run very few creatures (only 7), and I rarely have more than two out. Plus, they're both usually 5/5 or bigger.
My deck is Perfection of Milling.
So, which seems to fit better in my sideboard? Mutilate or Killing Wave (or something else I'm not mentioning)?
I hate Killing Wave because it gives the opponent waaaay too much choice over what goes and what stays. Given your opponent choice is always bad.
Having said this you don't have many swamps so Mutilate may not be great. I suppose if you added Watery Grave it could work though.

I am trying to keep the deck on a budget, so Watery Grave isn't too likely. I did pull one from a pack a week or two ago... But even with Mutilate, 2-3 swamps can clear the board of most things, especially against aggro decks. Does removing 1x Talrand, Sky Summoner and 1x Fog Bank from my sideboard sound ok?

I'm not too sure when a situation would occur where you would be left thinking 'oh man I wish I had Talrand', so yes sounds good.

Talrand was much better against aggro decks when I was running cipher cards, but now he's not too useful. Would 3x Mutilate be too much?

As a general rule in magic, giving your opponent choices is bad, while having choices yourself is good. That's why cards like Killing Wave and Vexing Devil aren't that good, and charms (Azorius Charm, Selesnya Charm, Boros Charm, etc.) are good.

I usually run Mutilate in my Dimir deck, it's great for wiping out weenie decks.
But if I come to a point where a face an opponent playing bigger creatures, I sideboard in Killing Wave.
Also, why are you playing Codex Shredder when you can be playing Sands of Delirium?

Killing Wave will never be the sweeper you want it to be. The only time it sweeps is when you're massively ahead and forcing them to sac or die for every creature. And if their ahead and you need a card to stabilize, they will gladly keep lethal on the board and loose the life.
If you're having trouble generating enough swamps for Mutilate, you could try Curse of Death's Hold or Barter in Blood. While not sweepers per say, they do interact with aggro on the similar level.

I've added Mutilate to the sideboard.
I don't run Sands of Delirium because it can be too mana intensive, and I don't really want to be playing that on T3. There was a good response to that in the comments on the deck.
Curse of Death's Hold hold won't really kill off too much, and Barter in Blood is a possibility. I've been trying out Mutilate versus my friends decks and it seems to be working well.

Killing Wave isn't a board wipe, so Mutilate it is
