So just had to point out how bad WoTC messed up with this rotation.
Dont get me wrong, I love my mill decks too, but giving mill players the ability to mill the amount of cards we can right now, in one turn, and the only answer available is Midnight Clock seriously? The balance... chefs kiss
What i meant in terms of an answer is shuffling the yard back into the deck. I didnt account for reanimated style decks, they love mill lol.

Haha I know. I´d say Strixhaven will get some stuff to shuffle the yard back with all their fancy magic tricks. With the "School of Mages" theme (and probably lots of Wizard-Type creatures) they surely get some library and graveyard manipulation I´d assume.

Rogues are my least favourite deck to play against ever, just difinitively and I saw the teferi control decks with no wincon, and also 80% of people seem to play it, don't know what's going on there if anyone does
anyway not sure how useful it'll be but there are no ways to recycle the graveyard in standard at the moment and believe me I've tried, so I started running an ANTI-mill deck, here's some of the best options for it
- Literally anything with escape
- Egon, God of Death Flip,(doesn't technically stop mill but benefit's off it)
- Mythos of Brokkos , It is effectively a double permanent tutor
- Bala Ged Recovery This is universal and great
- Forever Young I think technically this is the only other mass graveyard into library thing left, and it's not perfect but it's alright
hope this helps, sorry that there aren't any perfect answers, if your dealing with rogues specifically and not just ruin crab and co, I suggest Nylea's Intervention as a good utility card.

Lol, I've been wrecking with Ominous Seas + Teferi's Ageless Insight + Teferi's Tutelage post up some Ruin Crab for blockers.

(Disclaimer: I really can´t stand mill in the first place, it is a mechanic that takes fun out of the game in my opinion.)
I agree, mill is way too strong at the moment given that you can get rid of a lot of cards especially in the early game.
Technically you have more answers than just Midnight Clock since all the 'escape' cards are available to us and a lot of graveyard shenanigans to ease the pain. Yes, it is just a band aid for a heart tumor and no real solution but still something to consider.
