Looking For Budget Deck Idea

Hey guys,
I've been trying to think of a new budget deck to make to go along with my "Perfection of..." series of decks. I haven't been able to keep up much with the meta, but I wanted to start making a new deck. Here are some constraints:
- Must fit a $50 budget. This restricts me to mono- or two-colored decks.
- No infinite combos. They're just boring in my opinion.
A few ideas I have are:
- W/U Heroic
- U/B Disruption/control
- G/W Enchantments
- U/G Evolve (eh)
As you can see, I don't really like red in my standard builds (it's eh in EDH). If you have any suggestions (I'm open to things not mentioned above), please let me know! Thanks!
I like that idea.
And if you haven't yet, there's always the RDW to build.

W/x Pillow Fort is possible when Jou comes round don't know how well it will work but here's the mockup I'ma try next FNM Fluffy. Obviously replace the Elspeth if you're doing it on budget i just have her in there because i got a copy in a booster and don't have the parts for U/W/x control. XD

Rakdos is fairly strong right now I believe, or Mono Black Aggro so those are options.

B/G dredge is pretty cheap, and usually nobody's prepared to sideboard against it, even with the new support cards in JOU.

Right now I think the likely guilds for me to build around are Orzhov, Azorius, Selesnya, or Dimir. I'm also looking for something that isn't really common in the current meta (which usually leads me to Dimir).
I realize that Rakdos and RDW are strong right now, but playing burn/red aggro is honestly extremely boring to me. Pretty much anything with red is out right now.
I like the W/B sacrifice and W/x pillow fort ideas, the former is somewhat common though, isn't it? I'm leaning towards a W/U pillow fort. What does everyone think?
I think the biggest problem would be the vast quantity of enchantment removal in standard right now. It'll make a G2-3 rather hard if they side (or even main) enchantment removal.

Although there is heavy enchantment removal available, it isn't heavily run. Decks will usually run maybe 2 or 3 copies of a Revoke Existence in the sideboard or something of the like, but it isn't super prevalent.

Aye but with all the enchantments they've added om JOU and Deicide being a thing now that might become more of a problem. Still it seems like a fun archetype to test out and its not something many people will be ready to face.
I've been debating if W/G or W/U is better for it I'm going to test the W one i've built here but G gives you Eidolon of Blossoms and U gives you Detention Sphere there's obviously other things that can be added but those two are the main things that make me want to splash either color.

I have a nice budget deck I just made that might give you some Ideas. It is an inspired constellation G/B deck. There is something on your face. It was pain!

Star gazing is cheap Playtest

SCORE: 0 | 0 COMMENTS | 8 VIEWSHere you go, cheap green blue. The concept is swing unblockable, draw cards, repeat process.
Tested against Zethnos deck. I hope he has Bile Blight in the sideboard, my Horizon Chimeras took me way out of his range both games.
Also, deck ended up cheaper than expected so you could probably put in some Temple of Mystery for extra fixing and actually add a decent sideboard.
