Mardu or Jeskai

I'm looking to buy a new deck post rotation and maybe even buy some of the cards here soon. I'm torn between two decks though. Right now I'm looking at Mardu tokens/control and jeskai tempo. I know that a lot of people are saying jeskai is going to run with it post rotation because of cards like Monastery Mentor, but what about Mardu? Is Mardu going to be able to keep pace with it?
I want to buy the best deck out there and will have fun with either one.

You are wayyyy too early to start looking into a post rotation deck. We have another eight months or so, and an unreleased large set AMD coreset.

Go sultai control! Either way it's actually really hard to determine a "best deck" in this standard, but I think the king might still be abzan midrange honestly.

ok, for a deck utilizing Fate Reforged, we have yet to see the whole set spoiled yet, so it can still go either way. Jeskai and Mardu token builds utilize a lot of the same cards so and I see Monastery Mentor being a large part of both builds as of Jan 23. That said, its mostly a choice of personal preference. Mardu will give you access to stuff like Crackling Doom and Hero's Downfall with Butcher of the Horde possibly to finish games off with life gain advantage and make use of tokens in eccess. Jeskai will allow you to run something like Treasure Cruise or Dig Through Time for the card advantage and possibly Jeskai Ascendancy to pump your creatures.

Azorius Tokens is what you need. Infinite token generation with Midnight Guard, Retraction Helix and a 0 CMC artefact.

mardu tokens is the best! ive been bewing since the mentor was spoiled and its amazing, this is my deck mardu tokens

Mardu can run Monastery Mentor, too. I think if you are looking at tokens post rotation you are looking too far into the future. you're losing a bunch and don't know what you're getting post rotation
