Master Biomancer + Cavern of Souls

So basically if i call the 'Mutant' creature type. Are all the creatures i put out after my Master Biomancer is out uncounterable?

I dont think so, because they're not mutant-typed during the time they are in the stack, trying to resolve.

No. It adds the creature type "Mutant" as it enters the battlefield. That means the spell has to resolve first...Thus Cavern of Souls wouldn't help.
