multiple Master Biomancer

if i have 1 in play then play a 2nd one the next turn it gets 2 counters of course. but does the next creature i play come in with 6 counters? really need to know because i have this sick combo with that then playing Aurelia, the Warleader

each Master Biomancer counts as its own permanent with seperate identities. When you cast Aurelia, the Warleader , the abilities of both of the biomancers triggers seperately.
To answer your question bluntly, yes, she enters with 6 counters.
If i may ask, what deck are you running with 4 colors?

Yes.
Multiple Biomancers are cumulative. The next creature will enter the battlefield with 2 +1/+1 counters from the first Biomancer, along with 4 from the second.
