Orzhov Aggro or Control? (Abzan heavy meta)

Last week I took a Mono-Black Aggro deck (Black Weenie Beatdown..) to FNM last Friday (my first one this rotation) and got murdered by Abzan Midrange decks. So I was thinking, since I already have the expensive Black staples (Thoughtseize & Hero's Downfall), and I also have 1x Sorin, Solemn Visitor & 2x Elspeth, Sun's Champion that I pulled from boosters, I was thinking of going Orzhov.. The question is; should I retool my preexisting Aggro deck into an Orzhov Aggro, or just completely tear it down & create an Orzhov Midrange/Control deck of sorts? Which would be more competitive in an Abzan-heavy meta?

i really like agent of the fates against abzan, but you dont have alot of triggers for him. maybe more agents and boon of erebos, as it gets your scarhide and champions through coursers and triggers agent of the fates.

but you dont have any Gods Willing, so clearing away the abzan charms with thoughtseize will be crucial.

i run an Orzhov Agent deck, i think the white spells on Agent are a zillion times better than black spells, and shores you up against bile blight and abzan charm/utter end/banishing light.

its tough to just splash Heroic like Agent, as he wont be effective enough without triggers in hand.

what other white stuff do you WANT to run?

Well, I also have a single Athreos, God of Passage that I think would would well in an Aggro build. I was also thinking that Suspension Field, Devouring Light, and/or Banishing Light would be strong alternatives to Bile Blight..

Now that I think of it, it seems like it would be pretty easy to retool this into a Warrior Tribal with Chief of the Edge & friends..

The primary problem I had with the Abzan decks was that I didn't have enough horsepower to kill them off before they could stabilize, and then my creatures weren't big enough to effectively trade with theirs. So the way I'm thinking, with some lords working in my favor, I can hopefully negate some of the aforementioned weaknesses of my mono-black deck.. Maybe?
