So I've been looking at a Few different cards in standard as well as looking at all the spoilers in BOTG. what stands out to me is Phenax, God of Deception Although i always thought it was a stupid build for a deck it could work for this one. cards like Wall of Frost and Omenspeaker are already well played in standard, but this opens the gateway for a cards Show of Valor and even Tower Defense to be splashed for and while splashing for green why not Sylvan Caryatid ? Any comments?

I think a mill deck would be fun to play but with the heavy devotion decks in standard and aggressive and midrange decks with lots of removal, they could beat a mill deck unless it had an alternate win con like wight of precinct 6 or something like that. So i dont think a mill deck could win against most of the top tier decks in standard but it would be fun to play.

well i like but splashing green ahhh hell lets just put in Prophet of Kruphix too because tapping to mill and then untapping to be able to block is fun XD

REVERSEReLAPSE I like your thinking and sadiuh i agree with what you're saying so i think the best bet would be something like a defender/control build using mill and also cards like Prognostic Sphinx and AEtherling for an extra way to win but like 19 21 creatures 24-25 land and 14 to 17 other spells counters and kill and maybe 1 or 2 tower defense and an Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver and or Jace, Memory Adept

As for the new god, Guardians of Meletis seems perfect for it

Walls of Deception is my take on it i was thinking a bit of a control shell is needed for it to work. I love the idea of defender mill i tried it a while back with Doorkeeper but Phenax, God of Deception is actually viable.
