At my local FNM there are plenty of Stormbreath Dragon and Desecration Demon flying about so i need a sideboard slot to deal with them.
I'm running Selesnya so Plummet was the first thing that came to mind but i also remembered about Deadly Recluse , the adorable little guy.
Just trying to decide between the two: Plummet is simple flyer removal but Deadly Recluse can check other threats as well. Then again Deadly Recluse dies to removal where as Plummet doesn't.
Plummet in the board. Recluse is easily removed by any number of burn or kill spells and can't be "flashed" in.
What does your deck look like?

Plummet . There's really no benefit to running Deadly Recluse that's relevant.
Plummet deals with the biggest threats to Green for 2 mana at instant-speed, gone-dead.

You may also want Windstorm if they run lots of fliers, like mono blue uses nightveil specter, judge's familiar, cloudfin raptor, etc.

I had thought about this for a long time earlier this week, and thought about putting those in my sideboard as well. here's my reasoning on doing so:
Plummet deals with a lot of creatures that give certain decks with green fits:
Desecration Demon Nightveil Specter Stormbreath Dragon Angel of Serenity
and it is also good vs monoblue as it will hit 12 of their creatures: Cloudfin Raptor , Judge's Familiar , and Nightveil Specter .
I'd say it would be good in ANY metagame right now if you need a 2 drop removal spell to answer any of the above problems

Selesnya Charm deals with Desecration Demon easily.
I'd say Plummet is a good sideboard card for Stormbreath Dragon if your meta is filled with them. Any deck running it will have plenty of ways of dealing with Deadly Recluse before swinging, whether it be Lightning Strike , Magma Jet , or a destroy effect.
