Have been searching all over the web, and I havent really found a deck that just pops out with Spellheart at it's core.
Izzet or America shell. Is there any way to make Spellheart Chimera good? In a slightly competitive deck?
Control Burn? American tempo?
I know its hard, especially with the dominance of black removal.
Anyone have any decks of their own they would share or know of any on tappedout that are pretty solid decks?

I used to run a UR Counter burn deck with the chimera in it back when it first came out. Not the best, but it usually won at least a few rounds.
Counterflux , Anger of the Gods to clear the way, Counterspells like Dissolve , and burn spells like Lightning Strike were the basis of the deck. Goes well with Guttersnipe in a burn package.
But really though, unless you are playing for fun, I wouldn't recommend the chimera just because it dies to most removal spells.

I think it would need Haste to have a chance to be playable. As of right now, it dies to every removal and burn spell in the format (well, except Shock and Spark Jolt ), and sticking around for a full turn cycle before it's useful gives your opponent plenty of time to answer it.
If it was / or /1+, I think it'd be playable in a U/R spellslinger deck.

play a UR control shell with cards like Divination , Wild Guess , Steam Augury to load up your hand AND your yard.
play with Dispel , Negate , Dissolve as counters
use Magma Jet , and Lightning Strike , and that new one from JOU spite of mogis or w/e as burn spells
and use Young Pyromancer as a super blocker/alt win-con. cast Spellheart Chimera on turn 8 with plenty of counter mana open.
PROFIT.

Also I want to note that Jacob Lunen wrote an article on MTG daily today that was pretty much an American control shell with chimera in the SB of a few brews for those interested.
Also the new spite of mogis is such an awesome card. I predict steam augury to be played more along side this card

If that thing had flash it might have a chance. As it is I think any deck that it would work in would just rather run Chandra's Phoenix instead.
