I'm using a rakdos devotion deck, I was wondering if I'm able to have puphoros and Erebos on the field at the same time?

Using historical trends of ancient Greece it is more likely that Theros will move towards a monotheistic society with Heliod as the only God. Since that's what happened with Zeus.

In all seriousness, the legendary rule only applies to creatures/permanents with the same name.
