So, are you allowed to play, lets say Jace, Memory Adept but from m13 because it got reprinted at a standard FNM??? How does that work?

Yes. As long as a card was printed or reprinted in any standard legal set (RTR block, M14, Theros, and BNG after Feb. 9th) ANY printing of it is legal in a standard deck.

Yes. Any card that was reprinted in a set that is currently in standard may be used.

That means M12 Doom Blades, Jaces of different core sets, etc.
