Thoughts on what RDW will look like post Origins? What strong cards do you think will get played in the archetype?

What selesvyaloverer8 just said is why I already picked up a playset of Languish but I digress. Lol
Lover pretty much summed it up. I don't even think RDW will be much more than Mono goblins with burn spells come next weekend. Can't wait to see protour Origins.

mono-red burn is my interpretation of what it will look like with the constraints of my current collection. I will be getting a play set of Avaricious Dragon for top end and for card advantage and as many Goblin Piledrivers as I can get.

i looked at ur list ohmless and i really like Subterranean Scout. playing it on a piledriver is just rediculous. also what do you guys think of Hammerhand in a deck like this?

sry for the double post but @Bellock86 yeah, me too. how about md 2x drown, 2x languish, 2x crux. i will not lose to goblin piledriver. i refuse.

I think it will split in two with some overlap. Goblins, as seen above, and burn, utilizing Molten Vortex with the already powerful burn spells. Both might splash for Atarka's Command and I believe that is correct. Burn has the upside of beating the cards that wreck the goblin deck but lacks the explosive curve and synergy.

i dont know if they want to take a turn off attacking. it also seems really horrible to draw 2 so idk if it would be 4 if goblins runs it at all.

Let me tell you about the time I made 3 7/7 tokens with Hordeling Outburst after a boardwipe.
Mind you this was pre-Origins.
Also having 4 increase the chance of blanking Drown in Sorrow or counteracting Virulent Plague.

Definitely Exquisite Firecraft. It's a worse Boros Charm but it's the best imitation that standard will have.
