So I was thinking of going green red again, I got tired of everyone at FNM either being Mono Red, Red Black or control its all the same crap so I want to go back, I thought of this combo wanted to see if anyone else likes it. I have creatures like Gatecreeper Vine and Borderland Ranger who have mana pulling abilties, get creatures with deathtouch and reach like deadly recluse and ambush viper to block for a few turns add [[card:Primordial Hydra boost them up to about 20+ then finish the opponent with Fling straight to the lifepoints and finish them off quick and easy. What do people think?
Thundermaw Hellkite and Wolfir Silverheart is an amazing turn 5/6 combo

Neat, I like it! :) You might want to get another mana dump to win with too, just in case. Bonfire of the Damned would be nice. :)
Also, what works fantastically with Primordial Hydra is card:Avacyn's Collar (or alternatively, Ring of Thune if the small boost is unimportant). Vigilance is great on a scary creature.
Those equipments are also great on Predator Ooze and he is pretty hard to get rid of if your opponent isn't playing white.

A combo is an interaction between cards that can be abused to alter the game state in some way. What you're describing here is not a combo, and it isn't really an interaction. It's just a strategy.
Your strategy doesn't really hold much water in the competitive environment. Primordial Hydra can easily be killed and Fling can easily be countered, and they're the two pillars of your game plan. Without them, you're basically stuck with a bunch of mana dorks and ramp creatures and are likely to get plowed under by faster aggro/tempo decks and more stable control decks.

Way too many pieces for a combo that may or may not kill your opponent.
