Planning on returning to Standard with the new Twin combo but I'm kinda worried there might be a ban on one of the two combo pieces, was wondering what others think of this possibility?

I would make a White Red deck, with the combo in there, but dont base the deck around it. So that way when they do ban it, the deck doesnt take a huge hit. besides, White red standard isnt that bad at all.

You have to make a Jeskai deck for Saheeli Rai.
I would have a think about whether you want to play either of the two infinite combos (they can both fit it the Jeskai shell), because both combos are easy to interrupt and people will be prepared for them.
I'll give you one example.
I am planning to play which will let me rip a Creature from your hand for one mana, give a Creature -2/-2 for one mana, Exile anything 3CMC or more from your hand for two mana, destroy a Creature that is x/4 or less for two mana, Exile a permanent for three mana, make you sac a Creature/Planeswalker for three mana, etc.
That's an awful lot of chances to interrupt the combos.

The Jeskai deck probably won't be banned, its slow and easy to disrupt as Argeaux pointed out. It can however run a really good control shell that has inevitability. If you want to buy into the deck but bans really worry you wait for the pro-tour. If the deck is a vast majority of the top 8, its likely for the ban, if it isn't the prices will drop and you can safely buy into it.

Following on from what Zaueski said, any bans are likely to happen after the Pro Tour, if the combos end up defining the format.

Someone correct me if I'm worng but the pro tour should be about the beginning of February, in about 3 or 4 weeks time

I think its possible but I dont think itll be a quick ban. Wizards tends to let a metagame develop until they do something.
