Runner's Bane

Runners bane says "Enchantment AuraEnchant creature with power 3 or less
When Runner's Bane enters the battlefield, tap enchanted creature.
Enchanted creature doesn't untap during its controller's untap step."
so does the creature not untap untill the enchantment is removed or does it simply remain tapped on your opponents next untap phase and then untap his turn after that turn?

Once Runners bane is removed the creature will remain tapped until another effect untaps it (which may very well not be until its controllers next untap step.

It can also be untapped by other effects, Runner's Bane doesn't really keep it tapped at all. It taps the creature when it comes into play, and it prevents it from being untapped like it normally would - during its controller's untap step.

This kind of question is better asked in MTG Q&A. Also, its better to link the card than describe it.
The creature does not untap as long as it is enchanted with Runner's Bane . If it was the other way, it would read more like Hands of Binding .
