Saving your guys from wraths post rotation?

It just occurred to me that while the MacDaddy of all wraths will be leaving standard (Supreme Verdict ), so will nemo stood the major ways to survive a board wipe (Boros Charm , Golgari Charm , and rootborn defences).
So short of counter spells, what are the options to have creatures (or permenants) survive wraths?
I know they're out there, I'm just to tired to think of them, how about we come up with a list?
Honestly, there aren't really any playable wraths. I wouldnt worry about it too much yet. I think control will have to take a different approach, and the days of auto t4 wraths are over.

Turn 5 or 6 wraths still seem very playable. The format is slowing down, and honestly the U/W decks leaned so heavily on Sphinx's Revelation that they packed fewer answers for early single threats.

End Hostilities can easily be a turn 4 wrath with Elvish Mystic /Sylvan Caryatid .

GoldGhost012 No one would ever ramp into a kill spell to destroy their own creatures as well. That's just.....no.

I would if I were facing an army of Rabble Red. In my eyes, there's nothing wrong with killing a mana dork if your opponent is losing more value.

A turn 5 wrath is slow. Yeah its fine against some decks, but against something like rabble red, its going to be 1 turn too late. Ramping into it isn't ideal because you're losing card advantage, and killing your own mana dorks, more than likely without getting anything out of them. I honestly don't think End Hostilities will see a lot of play. Control will switch to a more creature-based approach.

Then again, it may not be fair to judge possible control decks of the future against Rabble Red, since there's always a possibility it won't exist as we know it come rotation.

Rabble red may not be the same, but there will always be some sort of hyper aggressive deck. Every season has at least one. Even if RR falls out a little bit, I think mono black aggro will still be very strong, and some sort of Dega aggro could see success as well.

True. I don't know why people may be worried about there not being any "good" aggro decks after rotation since apparently KoT gave us a bunch of midrange cards, but not a lot else.

In terms of rabble red, isn't it a bit weak to Anger of the Gods and Drown in Sorrow ? I think those are definitely possible sideboard material for control against a hyper aggro build that might pop up.

So, we're off topic a bit. A wrath can still be useful if your opponent overextends themselves or if you're looking at an unfavorable board state. Whether or not that will be played on a competitive basis is debatable, but not my point.
For purposes of discussion, let's assume that someone very clever makes a deck that is using wraths in some capacity. Now, what answers exist to survive wraths post rotation?

Ill do the same as now, I will keep some number of cards in hand to dump out after the wrath. And if I happen to play something blue Ill just counter it.

Thank you GoldGhost012, I realize counterspells, which is why I asked to exclude them in my original post, and to Jojja; it's always important not to overextend if you're looking at a possible wrath.
But are there no instants that regenerate all creatures or provide indestructibility to all creatures?

There is a strive card from JoU(?) I think its Ajani's Presence that saves some of your guys

Its a longshot, but Soul of New Phyrexia COULD save your guys... even if its already dead...

Especially if it's already dead, ElementTitan, especially. Dropping her in your yard early means you can have the mana up to save them all.

I don't think there will be any 2-3 mana save your team spells anymore. Or at least not while we have 5mana wraths that can be countered. They where needed when Supreme Verdict was the wrath of choice. But now we can counter the wraths, play around them, save 1-2 key creatures or just kill our opponent before turn 5 I think any unconditional saves would just render wraths pointless.

If Bant control ever becomes a thing, Embodiment of Spring could be a solid way to hit End Hostilities on turn 4 without losing your ramp. It has great toughness for fast weenie aggro, and being able to sac at instant speed works well for draw go.
