Standard combos!

I love standard mtg and I also love mtg combos, but rarely do I get to bring the two together.
There are, however, quite a few standard legal combos! Some are better than others, obviously, but most are a ton of fun.
I'll list a few that I know of (I'm not claiming to have found any of these though!) but I bet there are a bunch I've never seen. If you know a good combo, list it here!
Here are a few to get started, ask for details if they're unclear:
Archangel of Thune +Fathom Mage +Horizon Chimera
Possibility Storm +cast sorcery-->Enter the Infinite +cast creature-->Borborygmos Enraged
Elite Arcanist +Triton Tactics +Zhur-Taa Druid
Aurelia, the Warleader +Felhide Spiritbinder +mana creatures

2 x Kiora's Follower + Illusionist's Bracers can result in infinite mana. Add in Codex Shredder for infinite mill or Razortip Whip for infinite damage.

Illusionist's Bracers + Kiora's Follower + Kiora's Follower is that in combo syntax.

Also, the "elite tactics" combo has tons of permutations- If you have any mana dork other than Zhur-Taa Druid it can work too (Guttersnipe , Young Pyromancer , etc...) There's even an infinite life in mono blue combo-
Elite Arcanist + Opaline Unicorn + Triton Tactics + Staff of the Mind Magus - lol in your pants.

I, too, am bitter about Rev. Oh, well
I like the Kiora's Follower ideas, although needing 2 of at most 4 cards out of a deck is risky.
Side note: how did you get the "+" to be in the blue text also? Is that better/ something I should be doing to denote combos?

@strongwalker- this is the syntax- [ [ cardname + cardname + cardname... ] ] without spaces between brackets.

Well it's not a infinite combo, but Voyaging Satyr and Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx to untap and use it again. It also works with Kiora's Follower .

Wow that is incredible! Any statisticians out there dare to estimate the probability of that working?? Short answer is LOW. Or just no.
Possibility Storm has some potential even beyond true combos. Lots of value to be had there in the right deck. Heroic triggers could be doubled, expensive spells gotten for cheap, who knows

This combo may not be infinite but it did prove very effective recently when I was playing at a weekly MTG tournament.I had Lotleth Troll and Corpsejack Menace on my field and Deadbridge Goliath in my hand. I discarded Deadbridge Goliath with Lotleth Troll's ability and then used scavenge to strengthen my troll even further. 12 +1/+1 counters in 1 turn. : )

I forgot about Corpsejack Menace !! I used to have a BUG deck using him with Prime Speaker Zegana and Primordial Hydra .

Not infinite.... but infinitely annoying for you opponent.
Brindle Boar + Gift of Immortality ! (optional, Angelic Accord )
- Spell forcing you to sac a creature? - Sac the Boar, appease the spell.
- Targeted removal? - Sac the Boar, fizzle the spell.
- Enchantment removal? - Save the Cheerleader, save the world... I mean sac the Boar, fizzle the spell.
- Opponent did nothing? - Sac the Boar, gain 4 life.
- Board wipe? - Do nothing, keep the Boar.
Alternatively, Perplexing Chimera + Gift of Immortality (optional Nivmagus Elemental )
- Spell forcing you to sac a creature? - Swap the Chimera, and target opponent with the spell... if he sacs the Chimera, you get it right back.
- Targeted removal? - Swap the Chimera, and target the Chimera with the spell... you get it right back.
- Enchantment removal? - Swap the Chimera, and target another Enchantment with the spell... or swap the Chimera, and sac the spell to Nivmagus Elemental
- Opponent did nothing? - Attack with 3/3.
- Board wipe? - Do nothing, keep the Chimera... or swap the Chimera, and sac the spell to Nivmagus Elemental
. (Board state dependant)
- Note: if you have a sac outlet, the "Enchantment Removal" can also be "Sac the Chimera, get it right back".
