Is this possible at all? I want the tapped out public opinion, and suggestions would be nice. I want to run a deck like this because hardly any else is, and no one is willing to try the unknown.
temur control is very possible. Blue control, red burn and green ramp all in one place is a powerful combination. It would take a lot of testing to get it balanced but i expect it to come on strong at some point.

I'll just go ahead and leave this here, from the beautiful brain child of Spootyone.

Temur Control is very possible. As pointed out before you get removal through burn from red, counters and manipulation from blue, and the ramp from green to make it all happen before your opponent has time to rush you.
I think the best balance would be to run 8 mana dudes, probably Sylvan Caryatid and Rattleclaw Mystic as a playset each since you won't be needing Elvish Mystic all that much. Follow that up with the burn you need like Stoke the Flames and Lightning Strike . Dissolve will be your go to counter but you can experiment with Disdainful Stroke and the like. Always have Negate or Essence Scatter available in the side. Finish up with Surrak Dragonclaw as a finisher (never need to worry about him being countered) and maybe use Chord of Calling to find him in case you don't find him in your hand when you need him. With that shell you should be able to figure out what else you want to do. Maybe play with Stormbreath Dragon or Polukranos, World Eater for fun to see what they can accomplish for you.

Well you would be the one attempting it so YOU tell US. I will however say that RUG monsters is pretty fun so if the control doesnt work out try that.
