The end of siege rhino?

I have played abzan since khans as my one and only standard deck. Tons of revisions later it has recently won me the last two game days. Yet I wonder if it is now time to lay to rest one of the most hated cards in standard.
This is a world full of Reflector Mages fueled by Collected Company and also Roast/Crackling Doom fueled by Jace, Vryn's Prodigy/Goblin Dark-Dwellers. That is a lot of main board hate.
I'm wondering if it would be better to fall back on the megamorph package. Would 4x Deathmist Raptor (in a list playing 4x Den Protector) be better than 4x Siege Rhino at this point?
If not, then what else would be better? Is there anything better?
For reference, I am speaking of the regular abzan, not abzan-blue with counters
Abzan Red and Abzan Blue are both better than Abzan at the moment, unless you have Gideon IMO. Playing 4c with Gideon is too tough, and his payoff is much better than either U or R can add.
Though, Bant Company is probably one of the best decks atm.

I don't play standard, or else I'd contribute more than a spelling correction.
However, keep those bad boys for modern. Junk is my favorite modern deck, right next to elves.

Tbh if they Reflector Mage your Siege Rhino, I don't mind waiting a turn because getting another ETB out of it is always great. Having a Rhino get Mage'd has actually won me a game or two. Getting a Rhino killed also doesn't matter too much. Den Protector gets them back. Plus Abzan has a ton of other threats.

Imo deathmist is incredibly weak right now because it is weak versus rally and is incidentally hated out by a lot of the sideboard/mainboard hate for rally/coco like Anafenza, Kalitas, moonlight. Also weak versus fliers in BR dragons. The reason it sucks versus rally is because rally goes wide enough to not give a shit about raptor plus raptor wants to win a long game and you will never win the long game versus rally with regular Abzan. Rhino is still good.

Siege Rhino is still a very powerful card. It may not be the all powerful card that dominates standard anymore, but it is still a threat they must answer or die trying.
Also I love Siege Rhino in Colorless Abzan, you use Eldrazi Displacer to blink it for multiple ETB triggers and dodge removal.

Board Flaying Tendrils if they use Rally.
Also Reality Smasher works a bit like the Rhino on the next turn.

Siege Rhino is still a boss. Its the Abzan shell thats a bit outclassed at the moment. Thats why youre seeing Abzan including Stubborn Denial, or Siege Rhino moving into Mardu where he can be bought back with Kolaghan's Command.
