U/W Devotion vs MUD

Recently with Ephara, God of the Polis , we have seen a rise in U/W devotion decks. Which deck do you guys think is overall better? Including white gives access to Ephara which can serve as Jace, Architect of Thought for possible card advantage and also serve as a big beater.
