After the SCG open some good decks are in the books. What do you see coming to fnm tonight? I'm loading my my sideboard for mono red type decks. It's the cheapest decks and I feel like a bunch of people will cling to it for a couple weeks.
I'm also expecting some Esper Dragons, and a little abzan. I'm running a brew tonight and hoping to just go bigger than some of the other strategies. I see it good against red decks and weaker to control. So hears hoping not much control shows up tonight!
What about you guys? Whatcha running and what do you see the meta being like?

It's the cheapest decks
I spent close to a $150 on mine and I already had all the fetchlands. Atarka's Command and Abbot of Keral Keep are not cheap.

Hmm...I expect to see Zada Tokens and some Esper Dragons. Abzan and landfall aggro might be around. Plus, Allies might show up.

Omnipotato look at last weeks SCG top eight results.. Atarka red being 350 or so and the others being 500-600+. I'm saying compared to most decks that use jace or Gideon it is pretty cheap.

I thought my mardu dragons deck would be bomb in this format, but got crushed by two control decks(finished 2-2 at FNM). I am switching to Atarka red to outrace them.

Im playing the only gw mega deck in mine or the neighboring 3 cities (in the major shops) playing against the waves of abzan, tutalage, jeskai black, and ramp decks that are all pretty clean wins. The inly deck in the shop that im worried about is run by a guy in my card pool, playing ascendancy combo. God that matchup is unreasonablu irritating. Is there a reason nobody uses megamorph? The deck puts up great finishes, is amazing on camera, and doesnt need jaces. I have to be missing something here

I'd also be wary of some of the cool Eldrazi strategies that could be going around. I think that the G/W Eldrazi strategy will see some play, it seems very solid and can use the processors effectively.
