If i have a Treacherous Pit-Dweller and I sac him with Disciple of Bolas and then cast Hunger of the Howlpack on the pit-dweller do I get to draw 7 and he doesnt return to the battlefield?

You need to cast Hunger of the Howlpack before Disciple of Bolas 's ability begins to resolve. At that time, unless another creature died earlier in the turn, Hunger of the Howlpack 's morbid effect won't be active. Treacherous Pit-Dweller will get one +1/+1 counter. Then, when Disciple of Bolas 's ability resolves, you will get to draw 5 cards. Since Treacherous Pit-Dweller had a +1/+1 counter on it when it was sacrificed, its undying ability won't trigger.

With what you did, the following happens: Disciple of Bolas's ability comes on the stack, then Hunger of the Howlpack comes on above Disciple of Bolas's ability. No creature has been killed yet, as Disciple's ability has yet to resolve (unless of course some other creature died, that turn) so morbid does not trigger, and you only get one +1/+1 counter. That said, Treacherous Pit-Dweller will have a +1/+1 counter when he is sacrificed, making Undying not trigger. If you wait for Disciple of Bolas's ability to resolve, then you can not cast Hunger of the Howlpack on the Pit-Dweller as it is already sacrificed and in the grave (until it pops back on the field on your opponent's side).
