What is an example of a good standard mana-curve?

We have no way to answer your question without knowing what kind of deck you're building. Average curve means nothing as a general measure, anyway. It's best to judge each deck case-by-case.

For most decks, although reanimator is an exception you'll want a a curve that slopes downwards, more 2 drops than 3 drops, more 3 drops than 4 drops etc, but as for exact ratios? i don't think that's really necessary.

It depends on what colors you're running and what your win condition is. Your curve will often be high if you plan on trampling to death, or low if you plan on burning to death; its all relative. This question also does not belong here on the Q&A, it would be better on the help forums where a better answer can be given.
