What is Five Color Rally?

I was going through the Open Series Chicago placings and saw an interesting deck, Five-Color Rally played by Matthew Tickal. Can someone tell me what it does and how it's played?
It's also possibly the most complicated deck in standard at the moment. You can't auto pilot it, and there are always complicated decisions to make. The decks creator himself missed top eight because he made multiple huge errors piloting his own deck. So yea, if you're up for the challenge, it's a great deck... unless U/W or U/B Artifact Control becomes big in your meta.

The artifact issue is pretty easily solvable by playing Purphoros.

Basically you play a bunch of value creatures, sac them with Nantuko Husk, then reanimate them with Rally the Ancestors to sac again, and give the husk haste / intimidate with Mogis's Marauder, and just get a bunch of value.
