Just wondering what the difference is between it and R/W/U Control? What are the wincons? (R/W/U Control has been using Aetherling and Assemble the Legion)

Q&A is for rules questions only. I now summon Epochalyptik to move this to the relevant forum

RWU Flash is more of an aggro control deck, meaning it can play whichever angle is better. It's very similar to the control version in that they both rely heavily on Sphinx's Revelation and counterspells to maintain card advantage and slow down the opponent. RWU Flash plays Restoration Angel and Snapcaster Mage to get additional card advantage and some unexpected damage. RWU Flash also tends to play Geist of Saint Traft as a win con, and Warleader's Helix deal with creatures early and finish off the opponent late.

There are a few versions of UWR, but all play the Resto/Snapcaster/Revelation/burn core:

UWR Control, which plays 3-4 Supreme Verdict , as well as the finishers you mentioned, and perhaps planeswalkers.

UWR Midrange, which plays Boros Reckoner and the infinite life combo with Boros and Azorius Charms, as well as rarely Geist of Saint Traft .

UWR Flash, which goes full-in on the Resto/Snap instant-speed package and wins through Restoration Angel beatdown or sometimes AEtherling .

UWR flash is an asinine deck that only net deck kiddies who don't want to have fun and only ruin the game for anyone else play.

American Flash also has a really strong sideboard. It can shift into a more traditional control build, or bring in pieces for midrange. It also has Izzet Staticaster , which is absolutely brutal vs. aggro.

...and LOL@spoink! Someone sounds upset they lost to American Flash at a tournament.

RWU flash is sort of half control, half midrange, it makes good use of flash, with resto and snappy. Which are both massive dick plays. The idea is to frustrate your opponent with instant speed blocks, flicks and recursion, and the netdecks of this do it really well.
