I just want to add one sorcery, 4 copies of it ( Mind Grind ) and Im looking to put it in an Izzet Deck Im making

Can you people help me whats the best way to have the mana at the right time ? Im probably using it as a finisher so, maybe on late game Imma need that B symbol

Using Shocklands ? Swamps ? Mana Fixers ? something else ?

You could use Chromatic Lantern

Shocklands would be the optimal, if also most expensive, choice, since they can give you access to black mana at no opportunity cost. Chromatic Lantern is a good choice as well, though it takes up spell slots in the deck. It does give a minor ramp boost, which would be good for Mind Grind .

I might suggest, though, that even though Mind Grind is powerful, you may not want to just toss it in any deck - it's too inconsistent and expensive if it's not supported by other mill cards. Is this an Izzet mill deck?

To go even lower cost than Chromatic Lantern you could try using Realmwright .

Best to link deck lists when looking for help.

Thanks for the comments guys

@the3rdH0kage : I was thinking about Chromatic Lantern as well as Gilded Lotus , but then I dont want to take up slots for other spells I might use, but theyre still in my mind

@MagnorCriol : If Shocklands are the best Imma take that shot, money isnt a real issue for me, as for the deck, I dont know "exactly" what Im going to build, Mind Grind is a surprise card that nobody would expect to come out from an Izzet Deck but it isnt going to be a Mill Deck, however if it comes out, it will mill the entire library without a problem

@Onomaeus : Its cheaper but waaay easier to destroy, thats why I wouldnt pick it

@Sunforger : I would..... if I had an exact idea of what Im trying to build lol

Well, if it works out for you, more power to you. It'll certainly be fun to try it - the card is undeniably powerful and pretty terrifying. I just think that in practice, the math of grinding out a 60-card deck is much more stacked against you than you think it is.

Increasing Confusion is always better in my opinion. You'll be thankful for the consistency when you ask your opponent how many cards are left in their deck, assuming you are using it to mill them out.
