Ixalan looks amazing of course, but so many great cards from BFZ, OGW, SOI, and EMN are rotating out ...
Which cards are you going to miss most, and why?
As for me? Lambholt Pacifist Flip for sure. I love everything about the card: The design, the art (both sides), the flavor text ... everything. And of course she totally won games too! Not just in my personal janky Werewolf decks at FNM, but in the hands of the pros at places like ...

I'm going to miss Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet, and also a few others like Ishkanah, Grafwidow, Nissa, Voice of Zendikar, and Grasp of Darkness.

I never missed kalitas cough cough with collective but then grasp never missed hazoret lol.

Sorry Delta-117, but I was always on the other side of the table from Kalitas ... I have to confess I'm not sorry to see him go :-)

I'm going to miss Stasis Snare the most. It could hit just about any creature, could remove creatures with indestructible, and the flash was just icing on the cake. Being able to snare Ormendahl, Profane Prince Flip after flipping was so satisfying.

Zendikar Resurgent, a great way to combo off in a Ramp deck to drop down Ulamog and Kozilek (who I will also be missing)

Nahiri, the Harbinger. She wasn't in the Standard spotlight near as much... but damn was she good. Every time I was in her colors I'd play her and even when I wasn't I'd find myself looking for a way to splash for her.

Thraben Inspector it was played on many a turn one and always felt like it created value that was well worth it, it will be missed.

Anguished Unmaking - Exile all the things.

Flip - hahahahaha no. My stuff is all Indestructible. You killed one of my Creatures? Oops, now your stuff is all board wiped.
Declaration in Stone - my favourite card. Goodbye Ulamog. Goodbye Zombehs.
Dispel - I play Negate. You play Negate. I play Dispel. You cry.
Grasp of Darkness - your Archangel Avacyn
Flip is now dead.
Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet - I get Zombehs. I get life.
Transgress the Mind - Exile any fuck off cards.
Sorin, Grim Nemesis - draw AND deal damage.
Wandering Fumarole - Crews all day long.
I will NOT miss Gideon, Ally of Zendikar, even though I used it.
It was boring seeing it come out in every deck.
Truly a format defining card.

I am so fricken glad to see Gideon, Ally of Zendikar rotate out. That bastard killed me or ruined too many games for me. I almost quit going to FNMs because of him. Yes, I could run removal, but because there was little-to-none instant-speed exile or sac removal, the fricken card almost seemed a win more. Made me want to table flip all the time.
Now, I will miss Always Watching , because those anthem-like effects are always great, and can sometimes be missed by opponents who go overly-aggressive. I also like some of the new blue cantrips coming in, so the over-costed counterspells leaving are not really going to be missed. Clues were alright, but sometimes trying to utilize them properly got in the way of a good deck. Finally, a card I will really miss is Drownyard Temple. Yes, that one. And why? Tossing it for a madness payment, then getting it back was a great tempo play. Gonna miss madness in general.

Mostly just Eldrazi Displacer. It was a fun combo deck with Zulaport Cutthroat and Brood Monitor, using Sidisi, Undead Vizier to tutor up your pieces. Also a great answer to Ormendahl, Profane Prince Flip

+1 on Nahiri, the Harbinger. I only played against her, but you cannot even imagine how relieved I was every time an opponent had and used the mana for something that wasn't Nahiri!

GREAT card! Turn 3 Fevered Visions was just sooooo good against so many decks! I'm gonna miss that one too.

Collective Defiance just curved my RDW so well. Turn 1 gorger, turn 2 earthshaker, turn 3 hungry flames blocker, turn 4 defiance bigger blocker, 17 damage by turn 4 barely breaking a sweat.
