White-Blue Aggro in DTK?

So with the new Shorecrasher Elemental and Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit, I've seen people trying to make mono-colored, devotion aggro decks. With all the new really high value blue and white cards, why not a blue-white tempo/aggro deck? Cards like the Narset planeswalker, Dragonlord Ojutai, and Ojutai's command could all help this archetype. People will say this is too mana intensive, but this standard season has more mana fixers than ever. Fetch lands, scry lands, pain lands, mana confluence, gain lands. I think it could work.
Ideas? Could this work?

It could be some sort of midrange build, but the new cards don't really shout "aggro" to me. I like the idea though, because it'll live through rotation fairly well.
