Ok, so I know she is a new PW but in R/G she is to slow, at least in my mind.
Here me out. I have a been a dedicated aggro player since I started playing and and even I. The current standard I am swinging lethal turn 4 and dont want to see a walker in my hand or on the draw.
Maybe I just dont understand the value of her as of yet either. Can someone help out here?

- dedicated aggro player
- doesn't like planeswalkers because you already swing for lethal
Maybe because you don't play planeswalkers in aggro?

Lulz at the mental image of the shitty 90s band Korn as the art for a Planeswalker card. That's awesome.

Arlinn Kord Flip makes your individual creatures more powerful, making it easier to fight through board stalls. She also makes creatures or kills creatures if you don't have a good board.
She may not be quite as potent in a current Atarka Red deck, but most of your good aggression cards outside of Reckless Bushwhacker and Atarka's Command are rotating. Arlinn gives some staying power and helps the "go wide" plan for future red decks.

She's not an Aggro card. End of discussion.
She's a Jund or GR midrange powerhouse. She protects herself, makes a top deck creature have haste, pumps your field to kill with trample and oh yeah she has a Lightning Bolt ability.
I don't see why it's hard to see her uses in standard AND modern. Thinking is hard sometimes. lol

She can make tokens, and her final basically says "make all your creatures attack unblockably". She can do a lightning bolt -1, and her + abilities buff your creatures.

Arlinn Kord Flip can: give a creature +2/+2, vigilance, and haste; create a 2/2 token; give all creatures +1/+1 and trample; lightning bolt a creature/player; and grant haste and an ability to cause direct damage without the need for combat. She does so many great things, and that's why people will play her. But as has been stated, she is better in a midrange deck that can better take advantage of her abilities.

For a dedicated aggro player, it should be fairly obvious that this is not an aggro card. So, I'm confused at how people should take you seriously when one of the first things you do is contradict yourself as your trying to prove you know what your talking about. Just because the first ability grants haste and she's r/g, doesn't mean you jam her in atarka red decks everywhere. Typically, thought and common sense are important when evaluating a card, especially around rotation when new decks are highly likely to appear. You might want to take some time to learn about the different archetypes of magic, because aggro is definitely not the only one and just because a card doesn't belong in an aggro deck doesn't make it bad.

Mountain > Black Lotus > Arlinn Korn Flip = 2/2 wolf and Arlinn Korn Flip flipped turn 1. How is this not good in aggro?
Sorry, I just wanted to say Arlinn Korn Flip

Am I the only one who took exception to "shitty 90s band?" Not the best band to come out of the 90s but far from shitty.
Also, if you haven't seen the South Park episode that spoofs Scooby Doo and has Korn using their Korn powers, you're missing out on life.

Atarka agro is dead. The only agro decks that will see play is going to be BR Vampires and GB Elves.
So there are two deck types that Atarka has for itself right now; ramp and midrange. Arlinn could actually fit into both quite nicely. That is why she will be keeping her price for awhile.

I strongly disagree that atarka aggro is dead. While I do agree that atarka, herself, will no longer see play (in my deck) the color formation of R/G is still very deadly. But that probably is not anything I can convince you unless you build and play my deck. But I have not put it on t/o yet

Well Atarka agro is losing Swiftspear, Become Immense, and Temur Battle Rage. Three key cards to the Agro deck.

I guess the argument I made. Was without proper backup. While, yes, those cards are leaving (which made up serious otk), I was using goblins with Titan's Strength or Titanic Growth. So in my eyes, the only thing really leaving is t-rage, which I am subsidizing with the 1cmc trample card from soi.
Yes the combo is slower now, if you want a quick win, but the idea of atarka aggro was never meant to be fast. It was meant to be oppurtune to the opponent and knowing what kind of responses they had.
The way I built the new deck was so that I could swing hard for the first 3 or 4 turns based on my opening hand and "wait for win" or swing through as soon as I could. I built the deck with that in mind and took out all the cards I knew would be rotating. It is still a major threat and still has plenty of power.
Thats kinda why I say it isn't "dead", its just been revamped

I'm just interested in how you can t4 kill someone that is literally doing anything. It seems like with Monastery Swiftspear gone that would be a pretty big feat, let alone trying to make it consistant.
I just think that aggro decks right now are outclassed heavily by control and midrange decks, so Arlinn Kord Flip seems like a way to go bigger in the midgame and actually close out a match.

Put her with something else big like Omnath, Locus of Rage, Nissa, Vastwood Seer Flip, and Chandra, Flamecaller and you will have a midrange elemental swarm deck that will make it hard for your opponent to come back from.

Also, an interesting and probably unrelated fact. A Cord is a unit of measure for timber. Some cards that involve werewolves are loggers and forest workers. Cord? Kord?

If you want to be taken seriously, you need to spend more time to properly flesh out arguments. I get mad just by looking at your post. You could be advocating more affordable health care and I would still hate you.
Internet etiquette.
Super simple stuff.
