Invisible Stalker is one of my favourite creatures. Do you think we will see any similar creature in Theros, or would that be too overpowered for a enchantment block?

Doubt It but we will have to see 123 cards left so anything is possible.

I think Wizards have expressed that they don't want to make hexproof creatures like Invisible Stalker and Geist of Saint Traft anytime soon. Cheap and powerful hexproof creatures are dangerous things as we all know. :$ However, you'll still get to build Modern and Casual decks around them at least.

they white / green monstrous hexproof watchwolf guy is the closest we'll get, probably. And good riddance. -- Fleecemane Lion , I think?

Invisible Stalker or any creature with Hexproof and unblockable will not be seen in this block. For starters, Gift of Immortality means that only global exile effects can get rid of it. Only one so far: Merciless Eviction .
The stalker was hard to get rid of to begin with, and it was a nasty deck to play against. It got worse when Ethereal Armor was printed.

I doubt Invisible Stalker will see a reprint, functional or otherwise. With Theros being enchantment-heavy, it would be difficult to answer such a threat. Gladecover Scout from M14 is about as close as I would expect Standard to get for a while.
