Which one takes effect first when attacking, like say i atk with Stormbreath then cast Ghor Clan would he be a 8/8 then gets the +x/+x From Xenagos?

I believe that Xenagos goes on the stack first, and if you respond to it with ghor-clan, it'll get +8/+8 in addition to its original p/t.

Nope. Xenagos, God of Revels ability triggers at the start of combat before attackers are declared. Stormbreath Dragon is not a valid target of Ghor-Clan Rampager 's Bloodrush ability until he is declared an attacker after Xenagod's ability has resolved. You will have a 12/12 flying trampler.

Please link the cards in your question: Stormbreath Dragon Ghor-Clan Rampager Xenagos, God of Revels

Also, rules questions should be in Q&A.

The effect from Xenagos happens at the beginning of combat, before attacks are declared. And bloodrush requires the creature to be attacking. Best you can do is use Xenagos's ability, then declare attacks, then bloodrush, which would result in a 12/12 Dragon.

Man, I need to start reading cards before I answer these questions...

Other guy is correct. Xenagos' ability happens during the first stage of combat, whereas ghor-clan's can happen during any of the other 3.

I had thought that Xenagos' ability was declared during the declare attacks phase.
