4 Pack Sealed Pool Generator

My favorite format is 4 pack sealed, which uses 4 packs instead of 6. Please allow us to create a sealed pool with fewer than 6 packs to make it easier to generate practice pools. The workaround I've been using is to select two packs of an Un set, but that still clutters the pool. Please either let us create 4 pack pools or give an Empty choice in the pack dropdown selection.
