Accordions keep changing lists inside from ordered to unordered

This is driving me up the wall. I'm trying to give step by step instructions for some complicated combos that abuse the stack and was using numbered ordered lists in a deck description. But whenever I save the deck description it changes the top ordered list into an unordered list.

Example where you can see it happen in the second and third drop downs:

Idk if I’m jus sleepy or what but the first time I opened the top accordion they were out of order then I closed it and opened again and they were in order?
