How do I add a picture to my deck?

Please define 'in the name of the deck', I'm going to say a tentative no, depending on what you want to do, I may have a more elaborate answer.

For the deck title picture put it as the featured card in the text box below deck description. To put a picture in a forum post or deck description do as stated above.
