add card to data base?

for some reason Phyrexian alter is not in the site data base. I have tried to fix this, but every time I try to add it, the site freezes. can someone look into this and potentially add it to the data base plz :)
In Garruk's Wake is also missing. can someone please add it as well.

Hello yes I think I may have found a card that is actually not in the database. I cannot find Jalira, Master Polymorphist for the life of me and I would really like to have her as I want to post a Commander deck with her at the head. If someone could add her, that would be lovely. Or prove me wrong, either or works!

Jalira, Master Polymorphist is a working link, and lists all appropriate sets. Strangely it doesn't appear when searched for or appear to be listed in those sets. The same is true of In Garruk's Wake.
@yeaGO maybe you wanna look into this?
