Add "casual deck help" to the list of forums

As the title implies, i'm requesting that aside from the Legacy, Modern, Standard and Commander Deck Help forums we have, can we add a "Casual Deck Help" forum?
I know that they are technically legacy decks, and I know the Legacy Deck Help forum doesn't get a lot of activity in the first place, but I'm tired of seeing random casual decks using older cards in the legacy deck help section. I try and check out the forum every week or so, and I keep seeing random mashup's of cards that would never be brought anywhere near a legacy tournament, competitive or casual, that are only there because of one or four cards that are too old for modern. I know we have a non-specified "Deck Help" forum, but these posts don't end up there and they aren't moved.
If it wouldn't be too much of a hassle, could we add this? Please?
Maybe make a sticky thread and post it on the front page like you do the articles/primers. Name it "Friendly Deck Help for new users!", or something, and just have them post a link to their decks. That way it would be very visible, on the front page, and the other forums might not get flooded.
Just a thought.

It might work for a while, but it's unsustainable in the long term.
I tend to look for solutions that require the least ongoing maintenance because they're the most effective solutions for our kind of user and administrative environment. Ideally, we'd reach a stage of site design where users find it immediately obvious where and how to do certain things.

Instead of having the link go to a forum post, would it be possible to make the link just go to the "deck help" forum?

The problem is that the current forum listings are not user-friendly. We could create a casual deck help forum, but I have the distinct feeling that the people who "should" use it are the ones who don't know where to look to find such a forum.
I'd first prioritize a visual update to the forum listings and maybe clearer descriptions for the existing forums. Maybe after that we could see if there's a need for a casual deck help forum (or whether Deck Help in general would suffice).
