Adding Pauper EDH as a deck format

I love playing Pauper EDH (as many others do), and I love designing Pauper EDH decks on TappedOut. However, Pauper EDH isn't a recognized format on the site. What must we do to change this?

What's the legality like? Just like it sounds?

Really all there is to it is this.

• Your commander can be any common or uncommon creature card, not just legendary ones.

• Your 99 card main deck can only use commons, no mythics, rares or uncommons.

• No ban list.
• The rest is the same as normal Commander with the exception some playgroups lower starting life totals to 30-35 and commander damage to 15-18.

Only uncommon creatures are accepted as a commander. Only commons are legal in the 99.

yeaGO it says all cards in my Pauper EDH Decks are illegal. What's the issue there?
