Adding specific printings to a deck?

I've read the formatting tips, but for some reason, trying to add the Lorwyn printing of Oblivion Ring to my deck just leaves me with this error: http://i.imgur.com/vHisGuI.png

I've had issues with other ways of formatting this. What am I doing wrong?

In deck lists you don't need the double brackets around the card. The correct formatting is Oblivion Ring [LRW].
