Some have said that often times people do not play along with the rules of the Deck Help threads, where people are expected to leave some feedback before posting a deck of their own.
Its possible to make a change to the site where the thread owner of the Deck Help thread could punt certain people from the discussion. For Deck Help threads with an absent owner, new owners could be selected who would then serve as maintainers of the rules. Requesting community input as to whether this may be a good change to make.

I think it's a good idea on paper, the one problem with it is the amount of oversight needed before it can work. For example, the new owners of these threads would have to be fair and impartial which though it sounds easy finding someone with that level of activity who is willing to do this may be difficult because even the most trustworthy users are not always on the site unfortunately. Additionally, though I like the idea I feel like making the ability to kick users is not in the sites best interest as that can cause headaches from digruntled users, also this is more of a question but would that feature only be available to these shall we say moderators that would be the best course of action as a site wide rollout of that feature could get messy.
On mobile so please excuse my grammar.

I always thought it was a suggestion, not a rule. Often threads die, or you simply have nothing productive to add. I would rather not enforce token suggestions.
