Advertisements cover cards

Hello,

When I view decks, there is constantly a pop up ad that blocks some of the card text. Even if I click the link and "opt out" it still keeps happening.

If I upgrade my account will these go away?

Which add? There are times when TO adds get so annoying I end up blacklisting the site on AddBlock+, but they've been mostly good as of late. I don't think upgrading has any effect.

For me, it is the Cadillac advertisement I cannot get out of the way.
