Alternate art on cards?

So how would I go about being able to use alternate art on cards (I don't think the particular one I want to use is set up yet, or I just can't figure out how to do it)
I am interested in using the 2013 grand prix promo art for Primeval Titan which can be seen here:

I would like to use it as my featured card when listing the deck, if at all possible.
okay, I looked through there, and didn't see it. So the next question is, how do I go about adding it?
I mean, I don't mind adding them, I am just unsure how to add in the picture.

That I am unsure of, but Femme_Fatale should be able to help you. I know she has dealt a lot with adding cards to the database.

There are tons of cards that aren't in the card database as of yet, although bear in mind that there is a very very large number of promos across the years of Magic and as the database is updated.
Just a few notes if you plan on adding cards to the database (which is very helpful, BTW):
Please remember to crop the borders off of an image you upload.
Please choose as high a quality image as possible.
Please be as careful as possible about spelling and punctuation.
Also, after you upload an image it needs to be approved by one of four or so users with that particular brand of administrative privilege. It will usually take a day or two for that to go through. Following that there is a chance that the image will not display properly in a deck and will need to be tinkered with by the same administrator. As tempest tagged, ShadowLand should be able to help as he holds card approval privileges.
As for what I can do I am mostly just good for adding cards as my admin privs are pertinent to tokens and I have honestly not explored what they are capable of as of yet.

Well, if I did it correctly, I'll add more, but I don't want to spam a bunch of incorrectly added cards and create a bunch of work for people.
I was unable to find card number and a few things, so I just left them blank. Hopefully that doesn't create problems...

ok i accepted the image for primeval titan but i can't see the pic until it shows up here. link it if/when it shows up

well, I see that it's been added to the system, but the card art isn't showing up, so I'm guessing I did something wrong?
Can someone please tell me what I did wrong before I add any more?

To my knowledge you have done nothing to cause the image to fail to show up. There, are, unfortunately, a number of cards that have this problem and usually the admin will need to try tinkering with it to get it to display properly. If there is more that has been learned about this I am not aware of it.
One thing to mention though, is that you didn't crop the border off of the card. The rest seems fine to me however. You can check the images you've added by going to the card's page and then going to 'Printings' on the sidebar. The one for Primeval Titan is here.

Oh, okay, I shall crop it for you then, although I don't know why that would solve the issue. It appears to me that the file I uploaded might have dimensions that are too large to be displayed, so I'll see if downsizing the image a little solves it, thanks for the help!
Once I learn how to do it properly, I will definitely go through and add in a few of my personal favorites, at the very least.

Sure, anything I can do to help. I have been a bit busy lately, but I will be checking in here more often, so if you need images approved I can do that. However, the bigger problem is getting the promo images to actually work. Before I could get them to register and upload, but the standard card image is all that would show up, no matter how many times I submitted and refreshed them.

Well, this one went through it seems, although I don't know if it was because someone else fixed it or when I resubmitted it, it worked. I will try uploading some more later, i'm just a little swamped with work irl right now so my little bit of free time is often spent unwinding, not submitting cards lol.
I'll definitely submit more when I get time to though.

I do have a question for when I go about doing this though, what about cards that have multiple promo versions, like I know Swords to Plowshares has at least 2 different promo versions. How would I go about listing that? (Not even going to worry about all the promo basic lands lmfao).

The TLA for Promos is [000], but there is a chance that it hasn't been added to the database yet. Not many of the promo versions have been so far.
